We request the Government of India to honor the wives of martyred soldiers with the name “Shaurya Badhu” and give them jobs as per their qualifications. Also, it is the duty of our organization to help them as much as possible for their bright future.

Counseling to become self-reliant

Losing a husband, becoming a father and mother of children in the conservative system of rural areas can be heavy. The wives of martyred soldiers should be given counselling to help them overcome the loss. Vocational training should also be provided to keep oneself productively busy. The government should take steps towards setting up NGOs in all four corners of India with counsellors ready to help in case of emergencies like the Pulwama attack. These NGOs can help in accessing legal aid, counselling, vocational training and government and defence-aided assistance. We are making full efforts for the interests of Shaurya brides.
